    This isn't really a whole lot more effective of a measure than anything else.. just performance-based on the efficiency of the rest of the team. Sacks are sometimes the OL fault, sometimes the WR fault, sometimes the QB's fault. Also with fumbles at times.

    Also.. the biggest thing, which would be the truest measure, would be to see what percentage of balls thrown are smart passes, and on-target.

    These results-based versions take the receiving corps and OL out of the equation, and benefits the QBs who have a great supporting cast.

    When you have receivers who can't get separation, and drop balls, the QB is negatively effected.

    When you have receivers who have hands of stone.. the ball deflects and falls into the CB's hands for an interception, the QB is docked, even though he made the right call.

    I'd be more interested in seeing a rating based on efficiency of the QB.. speed of decision-making, accuracy, and correct decision-making. TDs-INTs-Yards are a bit of a half-measure of how well the QB works.
