I actually think this slavery commentary is hands down the dumbest thing I've read on the forum.

I would be in favor of a temporary ban for spouting such stupidity and mucking up the forum with it.

That's not true. I'm sure many of them could do something without football. Almost every single of them have gone to college, now did they apply themselves? Who knows, but they got a high school diploma and went to additional schooling.

I don't care how much money they've made, they could opt out and go live off the land for free if they wanted to. They're not chained up or physically beat for trying to leave.

To steal a page out of the BigTT/GoT handbook, this is libtard thinking at its finest. Again, they could go back to school, learn a trade, etc. The problem? Those things are REAL work and aren't nearly as lucrative. Therefore they aren't as appealing as playing a game for millions of dollars. Still, the choice is there and it's theirs to make. They know what profession football entails from the moment they sign up.

That would be like if I decided to be a professional boxer then a few years into my career said "Hey, you know it's really not fair that I have to get punched in the face to make a living." Well, you either quit and go with another line of work or suck it up and deal with it.

This is patently untrue. Have you ever watched a Mayweather fight? Dude never gets hit. So many boring fights. He's good but god do I hate that guy.

Well I don't think I'd be as quick as Mayweather lol. But yeah, his fights are boring. Shame what's happened to boxing. I used to love it as a kid in the 80's to early/mid-90s.

I pray Maidana knocks his freaking head off but I doubt it. The ignoramus is just too good.

I have actually read that book. It is a very good read that will open your eyes a little bit.

I never said I feel sorry for them so I don't understand why you made the sarcastic comment.

How many of them actually graduated from their college. My guess would be not many. Especially the starters in the NFL.

It helps you pass the time. Imagine how much longer and boring the offseason would be without me!
