Not on any major top 5 lists for WRs and not even in the top 10 on some others.

    Why?

6'4, expected to run a sub 4.50 40. Been supremely productive against primo competittion. He outproduced Patterson who is #1 on most lists.

With better hands and without the acl injury in 2011 he is AJ Green.

Hard to turn down at 39 and only a blue ribbon idiot would not take him if still on the board in rd 3. Might be some great value at WR in the third rd.

A similar prospect to Stephen hill last year but more polished.

As a Bama fan this is the guy who scared me not Patterson. Patterson is incredible with the ball under his arm but Hunter was the one who can beat you deep.

Well, I can tell you we don't need to be drafting a WR until at least the 4th round. I assume he's gone by the 3rd.

If he is there in the 4th, I'd take him in a heartbeat, assuming we've made the right moves in rounds 1-3. Maybe we could use our 3rd round compensatory pick on him (if we do, in fact, have a 3rd comp pick as others have said). He'd still more than likely be gone by then.

There are plenty of teams with major WR needs (Jets, Texans, Bengals, Seahawks, etc) who could take him in the 2nd.

God if the Texans take him and I have to hear about the Texans in east tn even more than I already do with Foster I'll lose it.

East Tennessee has the worst fans. Ugh.

First the Colts, then the Broncos and now the Texans because of Foster.

He's a good player but I disagree with the post about not looking at WR until round 4+.

Britt is still an issue whether it's legal or health, Washington isn't getting any younger, Wright is a slot guy, and after that we don't really have anyone. Preston is interesting I guess but we know what to expect out of Hawkins and Williams and Hawkins might end up being cut anyway.

We need another guy, if FA addresses some of our bigger needs like SS and let's say CB then I wouldn't be upset going WR in the 2nd or 3rd as long as Warmack was our 1st round pick.

I honestly would not be upset if we went WR as high as 2. I wouldn't like it, it just depends on what we do in free agency.

I don't like the fact that we have so many holes on this team and an almost perfect draft to fill them, and Britt is still acting like an immature high schooler.

3rd round is going to be solid value for a WR IMO.

Per CBS Hunter is the 10th rated WR and #67 overall. But they have 9 ranked at 2nd round or better ahead of him and that seems like a bunch of WRs in the first two rounds. Point being there might be a few of the top 10 still sitting there in round 3 when we pick. Terrance Willaims is an interesting guy as well and he is ranked #50 overall, #7 as a WR. Wouldn't be bad if he dropped to us either.

Here is a nice way I'd like to see the draft go:
    1. Ansah DE
    2. Cooper OG
    3. Hunter WR
    3b Schwenke C
    4. Kiko Alonso LB
