    There are going to be talks of how we were offered this and that for the #2 pick right up until we took MM.

    Remember, these are most likely no more truthful than the 100 other theories and rumours leading up to the draft. Just because someone says something, doesn't make it true. They are also the ones who said many other untruthful trade deals that were going down.

    Remember that before you begin hating on the front office.

    I'm actually surprised by how little "hate" there has been regarding this pick. I figure even those who weren't so high on Mariota can't help but be a little excited.

    A couple of different reporters who are not just cheetoh eating bloggers mentioned it as well, so although I agree about the rumor thing, I would not marginalize it as just Internet chatter either.
