Chris Henry must have really underwhelmed the staff last season

i think this could be a good move depending on the price we get him at. If nothing else JJ will want to establish himself as a good back so he can retest the waters later, and he provides competition to lenwhale and chris brown.

I don't see why. I thought Henry was just coming into his own when he effed himself by getting suspended.

He's definitely a possible weapon, if used correctly.

However, he's NOT a suitible kick returner, imo.

I'm all for signing Jones. Let's spend some money.

I hope we don't sign him, very average RB. Very very average.

I would rather us not sign Julius Jones.

(I'd rather sign LoNeal and carry two fullbacks. :ha: )

Not an ideal pickup, but this tells me that the draft is going to be far too invested in WR, Secondary, and DL to warrant a late round pick on a scat/3rd down back. Jones was never utilized right in that system, and he could be somewhat decent here if used right.

He's definately nothing special. Please don't sign him.
