Judge recommends banning 360 in the USA

I am very much over the whole company vs company patent crap. Started with Apple & Samsung and now it's Microsoft and Motorola, who successfully got it banned in Germany for the moment.

If it happens, it will be huge. Though you'll see an early release of the 720 I would imagine.

PS3 all the way

Went through 3 RRODs myself... all fixed for free.

Had 2 PS3s... sold both. Didn't matter if they worked. Never played them.

Totally not the point of this post...

Though I've been through one PS3 and one XBOX (RROD).

Had the same 360 since launch.

Have a PS3, it is a netflix/blu-ray player that sometimes plays The Show.

I have had my PS3 since 2007. It has started having some skipping issues with blu-rays in the last year. Games are still fine. Given the use it has held up well.

Wtf. What a bunch of BS.

I can't see it happening, not if Obama has the final word. He won't ban a US company.

Why are they really even wasting their time at this point? We are probably going to get new consoles within 2 years.
