He must be the richest guy to do nothing in the NFL.
well he gets the start today in oakland so he will be earning his game check today.
A source tells ESPN's Ed Werder that the Bucs plan to reach out to every NFL team regarding a Josh Freeman trade by the end of today.
The situation in Tampa has clearly become irreparable. GM Mark Dominik is personally making the calls in an effort to get some kind of return for Freeman as soon as possible. In the end, we'd be surprised if he gets anything worthwhile. Freeman has a guaranteed contract that expires after this season and his off-field issues complicate matters. Dominik may end up having to simply release Freeman so his franchise can move forward.

And he won't get so much as a nibble of interest. Its already been reported that not even the Jags would be interested.
The Jags would probably win a game with him at qb, at least they would have a shot at winning a game. They are not a team in a position to tell no to a player.
I don't know why EVERY where I read, people keep saying Freeman to Titans? No, no, no and absolutely no. Freeman is awful, below average Qb right now. We didn't pay Fitz 3 mil to get another guy. We got him for this exact reason. I rather have Fitz than Freeman anyways and I'm glad we do.
We are not going to get Freeman.
Why would Freeman ever want to come here? The guy, rightly or wrongly, views himself as a starter and he knows this is Locker's team.
thread is ****ing dumb
I don't know if I'd take Freeman over Jake (especially the way Jake started to step up), but I think I would some how be more comfortable with him then Fitz.
Freeman, is a very big kid with a real live arm. I actually like him, I wouldn't mind seeing what he could do with this defense and this offense. Simply put we have better WRs and RBs than he's ever had with the Bucs and probably a better OL. Just saying...I wouldn't mind testing this out...
