Did I say they were better options? I just think it's funny that Gruden gets the first mention every time, that's all.

Their qualifications are essentially the same.
    Gruden 95-81 5-4 postseason
    Cower 149-90-1 12-9 postseason
    Billick 80-64 5-3 postseason

How true...... Look at the energy from both of these teams. I can't remember the last time I saw the Titans play with that much energy. Maybe the 99 season.

We as Titans fans need to quit dreaming of big name Head Coaches.. We are just wasting our time.

Look at Mike Zimmer and how he is screaming at his defense on the sideline right now against the Chargers..

Zimmer is a legit prospect to be honest.

For ****'s sake guys, it takes more than screaming at your team to be a head coach.

I think most fans just want passion. I could give you my pitch as to why I wouldn't mind Zimmer as a HC in Nashville, but quite frankly I really don't even want to talk football after this depressing loss.

As a HC prospect, I want a coach who has passion and holds his players accountable for their mistakes and how they perform between the lines..

I guess we could get a college coach who puts up 61.8 points per game or a college coach who only allows 6.4 points per game.

I just don't think that Mike Munchak has lasted over 30 years in the NFL without a passion for football. He just doesn't let out his emotions. I don't have a problem with that.

It takes more than knocking over gatorade coolers and screaming at your players to make a good coach.

The record and piss poor performance speaks for itself.

Player #53 can get a terrible personal foul, but wouldn't fear any discipline from Munch at all. Unless I see what goes on behind the scenes, I just don't see Munch holding players accountable for silly mistakes time and time again.

A coach with passion is fine with me.

Just saw Jeff Fisher with the whole team huddled around him on the field, giving a pep talk to start the 2nd half. Miss seeing those on our sideline.
