Very true. It is possible to get to wrapped up in a guy, and either lose focus on the big picture or to neglect other guys. But, the NFL team is more likely to now about a guy than the average fan.

Yeah, I really doubt Mel Kiper takes a month and looks over what we need. On here we STILL discuss the draft everyday.

 

According to crash we have no right dicussing draft picks. Who the hell are we dumb morons compared to the erudite highly paid professionals. Frankly there shouldn't even be web sites like gotitans because who in the hell are we to even comment on the game?

If you were a rams fan and objected to the 1996 pick of lawrence phillips early in rd 1 you would probably had to put up with similar whining. Who the hell are you dumb amatuer to doubt the expertise of those increbible professionals. Of course those professionals made a horrible freaking mistake! A mistake worse than any village idiot might not have made. Did not the rams personel people watch film?

The bottom line is that you could take the top 25 players on mel kipers big board, type them on a piece of paper and ask a chimp to point at a name. That highly scientific approach will put you in the middle of the pack in draft success.
