Finny's intent was to get into the head of Andre. He succeeded. End of story. I never saw Finny throw a punch. I saw him put his hand onto Andre's face mask.

I don't think anyone has any trouble understanding that. What people seem to have a problem with is the idea of Johnson only getting fined and not suspended for his actions and Finnegan getting suspended. In this case, even though it was a first time offense...sort of...Johnson was the main culprit because he threw the punches.

They both through punches, just that Finnegan's was before he got Johnson's helmet off.

This whole post makes ZERO SENSE. What the hell do you mean past history has nothing to do with it? The guy has a history of playing dirty & the other guy doesn't. If your car was stolen from your house & you know your neighbors have a past history of B & E & robbery, who do you think the cops are gonna start their investigation with, those guys or your other neighbors who don't have the past history? How can you take a guy's helmet off, punch him, and not get suspended. Ridiculous...

Finny obviously wasn't aiming to fight the dude. He was just responding to having his helmet removed. He wasn't even looking at AJ when AJ started punching.
