Johnson/Finnegan fight & NFL punishment

If by some miracle we make the playoffs, I wanna see Cortland throw a haymaker Hines Wards direction. Knock that grin off his shiny head. Miles Austin is another WR I'd like to sick Cortland on. If our season is over, we might as well enjoy this. Maybe in 3 weeks Cortland comes out with a chair.

We're obviously not giving him a "pass." We never said he was innocent of anything. No matter how much Finnegan runs his mouth, there's no reason to punish him more than Andre when Johnson was the one to go freestyle Balboa.

Okay, then where do you draw the line?

They both instigated the fight. If AJ can't handle someone getting in his head during a game, then he shouldn't be playing in the NFL, because now that Finny has shown that AJ will throw down if you get under his skin, I promise other teams DB's will be doing the same thing to get him ejected.

It's irrelevant that he has never had an issue before. He intended to do harm to Finny, and should be punished accordingly.

If he isn't suspended, then we should put our 3rd stringers in to start the game and get into fist fights with the opposing teams best players to get them ejected.

I'm fine as long as they get similiar punishments. Finnegan instigated it and pushed for it and AJ escalated it. Either suspend both or neither, as long as it's consistent.
