Johnson/Finnegan fight & NFL punishment

the funny thing is even Tiki Barber ( real tough guy, right? ) said Courtney got what she deserved. I can't wait to hear what Michael Irvin has to say..... like I said before, they both should have been suspended, and the ref's too for not stopping it after the previous play. Am I glad AJ got away without a suspension? A little, but the message it sends to is not good. I am happier that AJ didn't make solid contact and break a hand!

LOL, he hasn't gotten under my skin at all......why would he, Andre has career days against him and the Titans.

Seriously what positive thing has come out at Innegan trying to get under Andre's skin? Johnson plays his best against him and Andre has been wrecking y'all's secondary?

Great plan Innegan, just keep trying to throw Andre off his game. I mean, it's worked so well.

When has aj outplayed Finny?

:ha: Oh IDK, just about every time he's been lined up against him.

Since 2007 Dre's numbers have looked like this vs. Innegan and the Titans secondary:

Averages 7.5 catches, 105 yards, 14 ypc, and 1 TD per game. ALL above his career average.

Finny did what he normally does, mouth off to upset his opponent.

Android or whatever his name is, should start getting used to this by every oponent he faces. I wonder how long it will take for Finnigan to make him blow up next game.

That doesn't mean that he has outplayed Finny. If you watch his highlights against the Titans, you'll notice that it has always been Harper who's been getting burned. He doesn't have any big plays when he's lined up against Finny. The fact of the matter is that Finny has done an excellent job of keeping aj from doing anything impressive.

I still did not see it.

This AJ Innegan thing goes back years, so its not because they have been on polar opposites of the field. AJ has been noted as saying Innegan was actually annoying as far back as 2008 I believe. The real point anyway is that these numbers are put up period, no matter. Because if your a Texans fan, you know that AJ does most all of his talking in his play. But against Innegan we saw a bit more than just that with some actual jawing. And we all saw how it only amped up his game even more when playing Innegan. He has been trying to get under his skin and hurt his game for years now... and well, you see the results.

All this and they (Texans) still have yet to sweep the Titans in an annual series to date, haven't ever won the division, oh and yeah this little nugget, haven't made the playoffs to date in the history of your franchise... (Titans own the Texans in the over all series as well 12-5 I believe)

I say this as as a Titan fan who WAS NOT a supporter of Finny's action on Sunday ! I thought his actions were pretty much a punk move over all, but with that said both of them should have been suspended a game at the very least (and the argument could be made that AJ should have gotten two) in addition to the fines levied.

Bottom line though for all you Texan fans that are puffing your chests up and coming over here to shoot your mouths off, do us all a favor and do it when you've actually proven something. If you actually sweep a season series (and that's a big if even this year yet) with us that actually leads to anything beyond finishing 3rd or 4th in the division, otherwise it just dimes you out as the crybaby's you all appear to be.
