Uhh, he was the one guy that actually had a rational thought and not just "OMG, FOOTBALL FIRST, THIS IS BULLSH*T!" I'm ashamed for us Asians that one Asian kid got air time. And yes, which is why I chuckled when that one kid in the back was like "it's Penn State, no crime here."

But I do agree with you about one thing... and that's making Joe the scapegoat, he really is being thrown under the bus. Yes, he shouldn't have been fired the way he was, but in the best interest of the University (because at the end of the day, no matter how iconic you are, you're not bigger than the school), he needed to be fired immediately. All those loyal to Joe need to understand this is bigger than football and him. There are no winners here - 6 kids and their families are scarred for life, Penn State's rep takes a HUGE dip and will have to deal with sh*tload of lawsuits, and their most iconic figure leaves in the ugliest way imaginable and his legacy is tarnished forever.

But unfortunately, the kid that stood on the opposite side was the same as them- just saying the reverse.

    "why do you think...?"

"OH Man uhh because he didn't do enough or somethin'!"

    haha

Why should anyone feel sorry for him? If he would of done the right thing in the first place, he wouldn't be getting fired right now.

Feel sorry for "his ending". Give me a break. I feel sorry for the kids that Sandusky was able to continue to rape because this guy never did anything about it when he had the chance.

If you are a 1-AA team and Joe Paterno wants to coach again.. Do you hire him?

Some of you have to put yourselves in JoePa's shoes. If he didn't see it, why should he be calling the police? He told the AD about it. If he was trying to spark a grand conspiracy... Why did he even do that?

What if Joe told the GA to call the police since he was the one who witnessed it, the GA talks to his dad about it, decides its not in best interest of his sons future to do this... because he would probably lose his job in a coaching regime change... He comes back to JoePa and says.. that thing about the shower.. they were just in there Horsin' around. Then what do you do if you are JoePa? Still call the police. The moral authority, monday morning quarterback will say yes.. but if you are a JoePa and you've known this guy for a long time... and never known him to do this... Don't you tend to give your friend the benefit of the doubt?

While I think my theory might be correct, and nor does my theory make it acceptable in any shape or form, the theory i present completely fits in with the GA's testimony.
