How the heck do you see Tony Parker in this guy?

Not a good outside shooter, gets his points near the basket, the way he slashes, and how he gets to the basket, doesn't blow by people like John Wall or Derrick Rose, but has a quick first step and deceptive agility.

I agree with your assessment of Lin, but I see Tony Parker as absolutely nothing like that. Tony Parker = raw speed.

The biggest thing that Lin seems to have going for him is that he is the only player on the floor that seems to give a crap.

He's also getting hacked a lot, but getting the Yao Ming treatment.

Lin of course isn't as fast as Parker, but as I said, the way he slashes reminds me of him, and the way he finishes at the rim.

Get ready for Kobe time for the rest of the game, you know he's thinking no way in hell he's gonna let Lin score more points than him lol.

I've watched this whole game... only full game I've watched this season.

Very impressed by Lin. When you made this thread, I didn't even know who he was. Then the next day or so, I heard all about him on ESPN.

I hope he can keep it up.

I'll never figure out how ESPN chooses the guys to latch on to.
