Jeff Fishers last year on the sidelines.......

While I would rather keep Fisher around, Schwartz being the HC wouldn't necessarily be the worst situation. If you can praise Vince for keeping us in games last season despite his stats at the end of the game, you can certainly do the same for Schwartz and the defense. Despite the liabilities in our secondary, the defense kept us in lots of games, and single handedly won the Jaguars game in Nashville. Many were critical of Schwartz's schemes, but they were schemes to keep us in games despite Hill, Thompson, Sirmon, and an injury laden D-Line. If you still hate Schwartz, consider him becoming the HC opens up DC for new hire.

 

i see schwartz being a better HC than DC. he loves his stats.

 

Fisher intends to stay...

According to a charlie casserly quote of jeff fisher who said "! had 10 years with #9 i fully intend to have another 10 years with #10." So there we go, vince young is a significant reason for fisher to want to stay. According to casserly negotiations are "moving along". That just on CBS..
