I'm really glad we didn't draft Cutler. There's just something about him. Yea he has all the great stats yet half the wins as Young. Plus he's the dorkiest looking player in football.

At the time I wanted Leinart, I stand by that. I still hope Young can do well but I didn't think he would be able to be a good passer in the NFL and I haven't seen much to change my mind. But I hope I'm wrong.

We'll see how Cutler does without Marshall. He actually has a #1 WR, unlike VY. And Leinart has 2 #1 WRs, and might get beat out by Warner.

As an aside, I heard an interview with Leinart on Sirius today. I found it interesting that he said "understanding my reads- particularly being able to get to the third read quickly and calmly- has made my footwork alot cleaner".

That really bit when he said that. I don't think Vince's skills at reading defenses are developing on the same pace as Leinart's and Cutler's. I think that is why we still see some "floaters" and "sinkers".

And, he always looks like he has just gotten out of bed.
