What's sad is until the outrage of the release of his medical records, he probably didn't know what the f*** HIPPA was or just that it's illegal to see or speak about patients info if not authorized to do so.

It's ok though, we have enough evidence already to label him a moron or idiot, which ever the respective poster wants to call him.

If JPP didn't let the Giants in to see him at the hospital, I am sure he did not want his records released. It may have cost him millions of dollars. The hospital will be sued, and certainly the individual will be fired.

I really dont think it matters if a patient says okay or not. Hippa does screw around.. Not only will this hospital employee be fired, they will likely be prosecuted and have this one on their record.

I find it unlikely that Hippa is not going to use this opportunity to make a statement.

Social media continues to be a pain in the ass for hospitals because of this very reason. You cant even take a picture of yourself with a patient.. that's enough to get you into trouble, much less the friggin' medical record (are you kidding me?!).

Basically if you work in a hospital, treat it like Fight Club .. remember rule #1 and especially rule #2
