    YOu are straying from your own argument and getting off mine too. My basic argument was that you can not make the argument that he is not serious about his job because you saw him laughing.

    His traffic citations are completely immaterial to the argument.

    If you would like to expand this discussion to that I will probably win that one hands down because there are enough of examples of athletes involved in even worse legal and other trouble that have gone on to perform very well and even win superbowls. Thus rendering your point moot...(I forgot to mention, there are just as many athletes who have not gotten into this kind of trouble and they still suck at football. Matt leinart ring a bell? Edison ring a bell?

    i dont blame ya, its the best response you have every time some one shuts down whatever nonsensical fallacy you are trying to sell on here.

    sideline demeanor (dismissed as utter nonsense)

    Attempt to include external legal matters (again total bull that was a pathetic attempt to get away from the initial debunked fallacy)
