Since many of us haven't seen any. Not sure if any have been posted, but:

After watching, I've gotta say this was the biggest reach we took. He's slow, struggles to bring down much smaller players, and isn't very good at changing direction. Probably could have scooped this guy up in the 4th. Looks like even in his highlights, he was the last one to come off his block a lot of times.
The only thing I can get out of this is that maybe we like him as a linebacker. Otherwise, I don't understand it. He's not an NFL caliber DLineman.
But he looks the part. Maybe that's what fooled us.

There is about a 0% chance that we convert him to LB. The guy is 270 lbs+ and some people see him as a DT.

He's very weak though. He'll get tossed around at DT.

Usually highlight videos show the player at his very best. If that's his very best we could be in some trouble. Or maybe just whoever made the highlight video doesn't know anything about football.

Hey Gloat, if you can watch a 4 minute highlight tape and be an expert on a guy and which round he'll be availbale in you're even smarter than I thought.

To me he looked good on the tape. He was disruptive in the backfield, but he obviously is a bit raw. You can tell from his frame that he can still bulk up a bit, but his primary role will no doubt be at LDE.

here's some highlights of the Senior Bowl when he blows past one of the best Offensive Tackle prospects in the nation to sack the QB.

(Note Lavelle Hawkins highlight as well)

Good to see the Hawk make the nice catch. Anyone know who Jones got the sack against?

I like that they said Hawkins is good at adjusting to poorly thrown balls. He might see a few of those.

carpy, that play at 1:07 looks like the OT game him the edge rather than jones just beating him.

He's slow? He's very quick and fast for the DT position. He was behind the LOS a lot. That's where film matches the stats for his very good # of TFL's.

He did tackle many guys high, but you also saw his reach pay off to grab guys who'd probably get away from others. I don't expect a guy built like him to have great change of direction quickness. He looks like he's got the long speed though.

He should be able to bulk up quite a bit just from looking at him. But even at his size, playing strong side DE and moving inside on pass downs looks promising to me.
