Jared Cook worth $10.5M?!?! What!?

Wow.. I have a feeling Cook's time as a Titan is done.

Good thing here is that we have all the leverage. He's not stupid enough to holdout if we tag him. Whether he wants to be or not, he will be a Titan in 2013.

What are you basing that statement on? I think there's a very good chance he holds out.

I'm basing that on the fact that he still showed up to work after requesting a trade. Tagging him, regardless of how he sees it is, is still giving him a pay raise. He doesn't strike me as the type to not show up.

Just like last year with Griffin, the front office should send a message here. If you work with the team and play by their rules, good things happen for you ( ie overpaying an average player who does as he is told). They should franchise tag him at TE and trade his selfish a-s immediately! Even take a 3rd rounder for him at this point!
