I have no problem with him at te if he improves blocking. Like I said I haven't seen the jag game so I can't say anything about it. He won't be corners with speed but could use his size to his advantage. He could be the slot receiver in our offense running the slants drags cross and out routes as britt get the deep routes and Williams getting everything else I feel he's capable of it all.

Very true. Doing a two TE set on one side showing run, while setting up cook to be more of the slot guy could lead to some good match ups and aggressive defenses to allow cook to sneak out on pa. Palmer needs to get a bit imaginative to hide our intentions while cook is still working his blocking, I could see it as a major upgrade. regardless of how he ends up being used, the slot receiver of his size would be rather diffent haha. But effective. If all else fails. Right?

    and you shouldn't, ever again.

You should just admit you were wrong and move on like a man.

Its funny, even with all the stig Cook gets, 73 yards against the Texans and he breaks the franchise TE mark.

Now, getting 700+ yards consistently over the year is something else (he’s too on/off as debated), but still a good mark to reach for the young’in.

The big question is if we can call him a TE. He only plays in passing downs and lines up in the slot.

I will say this that Cook's coming out with big numbers like this makes it less necessary for us to draft a WR early.

Washington-Cook-Williams have been a formidable trio(2198 yards). All have had career seasons.

If we can get to the point where we can involve them all in a game and run the ball then we have a heck of an offense.

Hawkins has also been very good after the catch. When Britt returns I don't think that WR is a priority.

Stevens is a fantastic all round TE.

We have a lot of talent now with guard and center being oue achiles heal.

And for those still crying he's been terrible all year, he only needs 73 yards against Houston to break the TE receiving yardage record for a Titan.

Frank Wycheck was hardly a slouch at TE.

I'm pretty surprised you're still defending someone from the SEC.
