Jake Locker Doesn't Think He Has Accuracy Issue

Sounds awful cocky of him to make a statement like that. He must not be watching post game film

He thinks his biggest faults are trying to make too much happen- resulting in turnovers- instead of throwing the ball away or scrambling for a 1-2 yard gain.

Sweet. Not only does he have accuracy issues, but he has intelligence issues as well.

But to Locker's credit, half the morons in here don't think he has accuracy issues either.

He has target accuracy issues. And sloppy footwork that causes extra issues. If he sets his feet properly he is accurate. In game accuracy and just throwing the ball accuracy is different

Locker's main problem this past season was crappy system issues. Under Dinger's system, which is what Palmer had to use primarily his first season, Locker played well when given a chance. I still say he will settle out to be very close statistically to McNair.

His missing of wide open WRs causes me to worry.

I don't think you fix that. I don't think he "has it".

People forget how inaccurate some of the greats were early on too. Not saying Locker will be great, I think he will wind up. B+ type QB.

Agreed. I'm worried because statistically players are unable to fix accuracy issues at the NFL level.

I agree but really hope I'm wrong.

I at least hope he can make enough plays with his legs to keep us competitive over the entire season.
