LOL so the Jaguars will be looking good losing. Hey at least they're improving on something, just nothing important to winning.

The government recently denied the Jaguars' owners request to turn the team in for the Cash for Clunkers program. Sighting that though the wheels may have come off the bus this did not actually qualify the team as a motor vehicle.
