This new debate about how the texans can't draft though they did get a pretty damn good linebacker didn't they and the jury is still out on mario williams. Not sure what boselli has to do with a debate about the texans first rd picks though..

Correct me if Im wrong, but Tony Boselli was the team's very first pick in the expansion draft. Im pretty sure he didnt play a down.

Have you even seen who they have drafted...or are you looking at ONE player and saying that they can sorta draft. The only people that they have drafted that are worth mentioning are Dunta RObinson, DeMeco Ryans, Owen Daniels, and Dominick Williams. 5 people in 5 drafts...not really that good.

Couch has been and always will be garbage. You quote passing percentage as a tell all for how a QB plays. Lets look at a good pass % QB last season in comparison .... how about David Carr? Is he good? Your credibilty hinges on the answer to that question.

Side note:Couch is clearly an upgrade over Bubba1 & Bubba2 in Jacksonville.

Couch went into a team with no d, no oline, no offensive weapons...nothing. The fact that he got to the playoffs at all with that crap team says that hes not garbage.

With more then half of there wins coming again teams who had a less then .500 record. Including 3 games against teams that had 4 or fewer wins.

Other then the Stealers the other teams were soft. Plenty of division wins against teams like the 2-14 Bungles helped lock them in the tie breakers. If they were in any other division they would not have made the playoffs.

Until Carr he had a record for most sacks on a QB. His rookie year and the 10 games played in 03 were his only season he actually managed more TDs then INTs. He has a low yards per attempt at 6.5 and in comparison to other QBs he does not through the ball that often. To me that shows that little trust from your coaching staff and designed pass plays.

Nope just winning. At the end of the day would you rather be .500 or talk up a WR who will whither his career away on a B-rate team? :hmm:
