Posted by ESPN.com's Paul Kuharsky

Earlier this week, my NFC West colleague Mike Sando took at look at which teams would have the top 10 picks in the draft if the season ended right now. Here's the order:

1. Detroit (0-14)
2. St. Louis (2-12)
3. Kansas City (2-12)
4. Cincinnati (2-11-1)
5. Seattle (3-11).
6. Oakland (3-11)
7. Cleveland (4-9)
8. San Francisco (5-9)
9. Jacksonville (5-9)
10. Green Bay (5-9)

Last year the Jaguars boldly traded up to No. 8 overall in order to draft pass-rushing end Derrick Harvey. Then they fought with him over a contract all the way through training camp, costing him a lot of work that could have positioned him to be a much bigger contributor than he has been so far.

Can Jaguars fans look forward to another contract dispute with a top 10 pick? Two more games will have a big say in draft positions. But if Jacksonville has a single-digit pick again, at least the franchise won't have to give anything up to select this one. The team will earn it all by itself.

I'd gladly see them at 6 - 9 this week.

    I am surprised Green Bay are 5 - 9.

I hate the Jags...but you know the public will love them in the offseason, and they will be calling our GREAT season a fluke. We will be picked to finish 3rd maybe 4th again....EVEN if we win the superbowl.
