Why is it so surprising we suck the year we bring out the ol' Houston retread jerseys. We need to disassociate from them all together if we ever want to win a Superbowl

It's like a suck plague. Started in Houston then spread to Tennessee. It has spread to Jacksonville, St Louis, Detroit (possibly ground zero). I have even heard of cases in Oakland, CA. A pandemic has started my friends! It might be time to quarantine?

Actually you need to disassociate yourself from the franchise if you ever want to win the Superbowl as a fan. The Titans are no different than the Oilers, why would they be? They are the same franchise. You can change the location and the logo however nothing else changes. It's just the same old same old. Good for a number of seasons in the regular season, even win the division a few times, however always choke in the postseason. After a few seasons of that frustration and heartbreak, always comes the infamous total collapse to total suckage that you are experiencing this year. Which was always a welcomed break from dashed high expectations. We went through the same cycles in the late 70's, 80's, and 90's.

Though I will say that I don't think we ever had such an embarrassing season as Oilers fans as the Titans this season. 59-0 and the head coach sporting a division rival so he can feel like a winner pretty much is the bottom of the barrel for ol' Bud and company.

If the Texans 40 years from now are having the same struggles then you guys can start in on the Texans. Until then you simply cannot compare the suckage of the Oilers/Titans to the Texans, a 7 year old franchise.

while i agree with your post i find it a little funny how most Texan fans swear up and down that the Oilers and Titans are not one in the same.

Screw this, we are gonna at least be ahead of houston in the division. I refuse to lose bragging rights to a team who thinks a .500 record means a successful year
