Some of you like Rolltide sound like you should be on the Next Food Network Star or something....

Here's a recipe for all you folks who like to keep it simple. Who doesn't like cheese dip and we've all had a version of this at one time or another. This is a good one:

First, if you have a crock-pot than use it... If not, you can microwave it from time to time to keep it warm.

Ingredients
1 lb ground pork sausage (mild or hot... I like hot)
1 lb ground beef
2 cans of Rotel (find them in the tomato sauce sec. Get at least one hot)
1 can cream of Mushroom Soup
1 block/box of Velveeta cheese (yes, the whole thing)
1 large bag of Corn chips (preferably Tostito Scoops)

1. Brown the sausage and the ground Beef and drain.
2. Cut the block of Velveeta into smaller chunks for easier melting.
3. Combine all ingredients into crock pot.
4. Turn the crock-pot to high at first until melted then low after melted..
5. Stir often
6. Drink lots of Beer, Wiskey Sour's, and anything else you can find


This is very simple and it's one of the best dips you can have for any game or party!!
