We need to stop this crap. Do we need a new team? No. We're one of the youngest teams in the NFL. Look at this:

    Locker - 24 yo, 11 career starts
    CJ - 27 yo
Britt - 24 yo & coming off serious injury
    Wright - 23
    Morgan - 23
    Casey - 23
    Martin - 22
    McCourty - 25
    Verner - 24
    McCarthy - 24
    Brown - 23
    Ayers - 23
    Griffin - 27
    Stewart/Roos - 30

Those are all of our "key" players. Most of them are still VERY young. Add in terrible coaching and an already young team and you're ready for a new team? That's silly, we have our young core... we just need a coaching staff competent enough to develop them. As well as a new interior OL and a new SS (potentially ILB if Colin can't stay healthy).

Bring in a new coaching staff.
    Bring in some interior OL.
    Bring in a SS.

    This team CAN be legit.

You can say "I'm done with this team" but if you really move on to another team you are a shitty fan and when the team does come back you better stay away..
This franchise has always had its ups and downs. Live with it.

I can't disagree with your sentiment toward loyalty. However, the history of this team has never hit the biggest "up" and frequently resides around the middle to lower 1/3 of winning. The frustration is understandable, particularly with the amount of money people pay.

The lows are what makes the highs so great.

I guess the bigger point is that this team has only once really been a powerhouse so unless you signed up that week to expect them to be a perennial winner shows unrealistic expectations.
They reside in the Cincy/Buffalo/Chargers range of occasional opportunists with one or two really good team eras..
A Titan superbowl win would be 7X sweeter than a Steeler win, so there's that..

I don't blame you for feeling this way, I mean I'd say the same stuff for most other things in life.

But there's just something about "my teams" that makes me stick with them. Maybe I've been shoving the Q-tip in too far all these years cause I just can't get enough Titans.

I'd like to see us take Jake Matthews in the first and move Big Country to right guard, we improve our interior oline and get the eventual replacement for Roos with one pick

Would Bud Adams allow that since Jake Matthews dad works for the team (for the moment)?

IDK, I just recall Fisher getting crap for trying to hire his son.
