    Honestly, I don't think it takes a genius to evaluate talent. Just takes knowledge of what works and what fits. How the pieces fall together. On most teams they have a clear vision of the style and scheme they want to run and what players best fit that...

    Watch the kid play... Does he pop off the screen? If yes, why? Context of talent. If no, why not. The hard part to being a GM is bias and pride. When you look at everything from a biased POV you overlook everything. Your mind is made up. Pride will keep you from changing your view quick enough. That's why we have war rooms. A group of people have to bang the table to get someone drafted, if you're alone in your evaluation, y'all arnt drafting him.

    Webster has been key in the last two drafts... I'm not sure how well you pay attention to other team drafts and how well we do comparably, but our last two have been good.

    I didn't because I had limited view and accessibility. All I could see was that awwwwwkward ass release and him running all over most the time.
