  1. What the hell are you talking about? It takes other companies months or even years to catch up with Apple when they come up with a good idea.

And of course they fix stuff.

    ^Funniest thing I've ever read.

Dude, the iPhone was out YEARS before the "iPhone" came along. The phone I had 2 years prior did everything that overhyped piece of pop culture did.

iPod? Oh yeah. Those were late too. Just marketed better. As usual.

iMac? Ok... and it looks like no one even really wants to try to rival that pure gimmick. "Lets make an adorable computer that kids will beg for, and keep it's guts in the monitor!!" Brilliant!

What exactly have they ever done cutting edge?

They fix things? They have on-going problems with things as simple as CD Trays that they can't even fix. Probably would focus on it more if they could pretty it up.

Right. None of those things were there but not marketed well.

Someone was in a cave until they saw the pretty commercials!

Not everyone is good with an ipad either. You can do everything on a laptop then you can with an ipad. And it's cheaper.

  6. What kind of idiot can't figure out how to touch the screen?

Absolutely you can do everything o a laptop. But it's only cheaper if you want a POS netbook...

  7. The fact that Apple does great marketing doesn't change the fact that their products are great. They have made so-so products that don't sell well. It isn't just marketing, and it's moronic to even suggest that...

The iPhone changed the industry because Apple make smart phones simple to use. The iPod made mp3 players easy to use and accessible to anyone. Lots of people love the way the iMac is designed and don't want a separate tower.

As for fixing things, Apple routinely dominates all other PC manufacturers in terms of both reliability and customer service. You come off like an idiot even suggesting something like this.

The ipad is a cool toy. it's aimed at people who want that 'image' thing about how they go about their internet access. It's also aimed at people who want little more out of it than a cool tool to access the internet.

Used one and as an iphone owner I loved it. However as a business tool its no good for taking out on the road like a laptop.

It isn't trying to be a laptop though so it's unfair to compare it to one. It was never designed to be a mobile pc like a laptop.

No, for the most part they make OK products, but market them like God himself is doing the selling.

You going to tell me the iPod is more than a mediocre mp3 player? Yet, it dominates. People think iPod even before mp3 player. The device itself is crap compared to cheaper competitors... but it's at the top. Why is that? And spare me the go-to 'it's easy to use' nonsense. It's a borrowed interface from previous mp3 players other than a scrolly wheel. Mac-Book Air? lol C'mon...

Their actual quality products don't even sell as well as their junk. So it's nothing to do with quality. They have a few great products, but they don't make people look trendy in public- so they don't sell near as well.
