Internet radio day of silence

I don't really listen to internet radio, but I do listen to satellite radio alot and I think they are both in the same boat. Traditional radio has big money and power in the houses and I think they are trying their best to squash some alternative forms of entertainment. XM and Sirius want to merge, but they are crying foul while at the same time asking for sanctions to be lifted on the number of media outlets a person can own. I think it would be good for the satellite and internet radio industry to join together and tell the FCC that they aren't there just for the benefit for the big money broadcasters.

 

Yeah, Pandora is great. I have several stations for my different moods. But yeah, they're basically like your own personal stations.

 

My form of protest is to punch songwriters in disgust.

Uh. Yes. That's part of being human I suppose.
