What does Indiana have to do with horses?

Why do you think the Indiana basketball team is named the pacers? Horses are all over the place. It's not an ill-fitting name. Not like the Utah jazz or Tennessee oilers.

You don't see many bears in Chicago... Panthers in Charlotte.. Jaguars in jax.. Redskins in DC...

Colts for Indiana are one of the more fitting names. I would say it fits better for modern day Indianapolis than Baltimore. Baltimore's fitting name should be the Herpes.

Don't even get me started on those names. Pathers and Jaguars have to be the most rediculous combination. A panther is a jaguar. Same thing. Stupid. And Washington? Real classy to use a racial slur as your team name. Brilliant.
