Yo. The refs. What the hell? I've never seen so much obvious bias against us other than any time we face Baltimore. So many criminal calls last night, was a complete joke honestly. It's like the refs were making new rules up as they went.

"Rivers had an unravelled pubic hair behind the line of scrimmage, thus giving him free reign to be 5 yards past the LOS before throwing the ball." -- The biggest pile of bs I've ever seen.

"While the receiver was out of bounds, the ball came near him and hit the defender in the back. The defender cannot block the receiver's line of sight or try to impede the receiver's play on the ball, the defender shouldn't even be on the field".

"The receiver threw down the defender in an effort to catch the TD, but the defender still broke up the pass. You can't make plays as a defender, put the ball on the 1 inch line please."

"You cannot touch Phillip Rivers, 15 yards for breathing on him. Coach you cannot talk to me, 15 yards for looking at me wrong. Fans, 15 yards for booing me and hurting my feelings, you guys suck."

"Even though the receiver caught the ball with one foot out of bounds, he made an effort to get both feet in, so we'll give him the catch cause he tried so hard."

Etc etc..after a while it was comical how ridiculous the calls were becoming..what a joke

Aside from the 2nd PI on Finnegan, all of those calls were correct, sadly.

I'll agree with the OP, some of the calls were terrible. I wanted to put forth much bodily harm on the officials.

There were some phantom calls out there, thats for sure. The second pass interference called on Cortland was terrible, he was pulled by the WR. They clearly favored the Chargers. That game left a bad taste in my mouth, luckily I had plenty of beer to wash it out with.

Bad calls or not, the refs aren't even anywhere close to the biggest reason we lost that game so I'm not mad.

I didn't see one incorrect call. We killed ourselves with penalties. We deserved what we go because we played so incredibly poorly and undisciplined. Stop blaming the referees.

It is true that NFL officiating is horrible...but this team wasn't playing to win anyway...

can't blame the refs for loosing that badly, we got beat on defense and turned the ball over a few times and you can't do that against any football team. The refs made some good calls, and a few calls i thought were bad, the 2nd PI on finnegan was definetly questionable and should not have been called but the others were correct IMO.

I threw in the towel on that 2nd interception. From what I saw, we earned those stupid calls. That was just a lack of discipline. Something our coaches don't seem to look into with our players. It's amazing how much better we'd be if we didn't have lineman jumping offsides and players who could tackle.
