If Nassib goes top 10, is it the biggest reach in history?

Janikowski was definitely not a bad pick. IDK if it was that much of a reach either, dude was a freak kicker.

I feel sorry for fans of those teams because making a statement like that means they don't know what the heck they're doing. I don't think Nassib is some great guy but a strong armed passer with decent mobility and steady improvement going undrafted is absurd

Yeah, I know. Just have a hard time seeing a kicker in the first round. But hey, he has been a good one and considering the number of busts every year I guess it was an ok pick.

Drafting a kicker #17 is stupid anyway you slice it. Just a few names they passed on to take SJ: Shaun Alexander, Chris Hovan, Keith Bulluck, Marvel Smith, Ian Gold, & Chad Clifton. The next kicked went #169, Neil Rackers (a darn good kicker also). They easily could of waited until the 4th round and taken him.

Kiper had Janikowski #31 predraft, he was going first round or early 2nd regardless. Nassib might not go til the 3rd/4th if Buffalo doesn't pick him at 8 or later

Now they're tlaking about Buffalo trading up for this guy!!! Crazy!

I definitely don't think it'd be the biggest reach in history. You can't afford to play around with the QB position. If there's a guy out there you think could be your franchise QB then you grab him ASAP, regardless of where the "experts" have him mocked.

I'd have to say Tebow going 25th was a reach, especially because they traded up for him. Most mocks had him as a mid-rounder...
