If Manti Te'o is there

Do we take him? Yes Collin is good. But hes been hurt. and remember he is still a low round pick. I am a big fan of Collin but sometimes you have to replace homerism mediocrity with studs

Colin is fantastic (when he's in), but because of his health I'd say grab Manti if he's there.

We need leaders and it's hard for Colin to lead while sidelined every other week.

Plus, you always need depth, especially if we go to a 3-4 front.

though, colin has been injured quite a bit. i think we would have to assume he will be healthy next year and draft for another position of need early in the draft. but draft another MLB in say the 3rd or fourth would be acceptable.

IF Mant'i is on the board (which I don't think he will be).. we take him.

Move Mant'i to WLB (Lance Briggs role)... keep Colin in the middle, and ZB on the other side. Ayers goes to DE permantetly. Then when were in nickle, ZB and Manti stay on the field and Colin goes to the bench (preserves injury).

Well then why was he never talked about until this year?

Every year there's one person everyone gets on the hype train.

Leading the Irish in tackles does not impress me.

He was a 5 star recruit out of High school. Started as a Freshman at Notre Dame, and produced like a top NFL talent every year he was there.

This is only the 2nd season he's been eligible for the draft. Last season it was a shock that he came back for his senior year because he was guaranteed to be a first rounder.

He was talked about? He was a sure first 1st round pick last year, then decided to return for his senior season. He gets talked about more because the Irish are actually good this year... thus the '#1 team' will get more publicity.

I don't believe with the "Manti Te'o for #1 Pick" that Kiper is putting out, that guys an idiot.

I see Manti going like Luke Kuechly, #7-#13 range. Look at Kuechly, he's having a great year... on a really bad defense and team. I'd rather have Bjoern Werner, he just fits better with the team; but I do really like Mant'i Teo.
