LEAD the Titans to the playoffs?

    No.

Are the Titans odds of making the PO's better with him healthy? Yes.

Locker doesn't have the ability to will the team there though. All he needs to do is just not suck terribly.

I'd tag him. Yeah we'd be up for a **** load of money but 2 seasons of healthy football and I'd be happy(er) with an extension.

That is exactly what happened last year. We went 3-1 in our first four games and we had the easiest schedule after our bye week and couldn't get it done. I don't care about CJ being gone because I like Sankey but we let Verner walk which opens up one side of our defense. We are in worse shape than last year to be honest.

The Titans fan in me wants to say things like this:

Locker has what it takes, just needs to stay healthy!

Our O line should be top 5 easy with all the young and budding talent!

Sankey, Wright and Hunter will be stars!

Our defense should be nasty as a fast twitch 34!

Mmmk. But the realist in me....

Locker is pretty much done here, if he doesn't explode early and stay healthy - I'm booing until I see the rookie under center.

Our o line has all the makings of a giant ass let down. Warmack struggled, swenke got injured as well as did our giant contract FA levitre. Roos has been on the slide and Mr BlindSide himself can't play the blind side in the pros... Much less RT. OH and our Rookie Tackle still hasn't went to court over his assault case.... Impressive!

Sankey sucks. Most underwhelming prospect RB since that fat dude from Clemson we tried to force fit into a heavy down hill runner role. Wright can be impressive, one true star we have... But Wes Welker sized star... Not randy moss. And Hunter... Well all the talent in the world still can't make this kid special. He has to want it. All the positive word coming from players and coaches about him sends up red flags.

Defense: one question. Who's stopping the run?

    Playoffs? PLAAAYOFFS?!!?!

Locker can't stay heathy. He probably goes down in camp tbh. Anyone see his knee? Looked like rubbish.

Well, he can't do it by himself. The other members of the teams are instrumental in taking us to the playoffs. So the better question is, Do we have the horses in all positions to get to the playoffs? And can the players stay healthy? And can the Whiz be a whiz?

    questions, questions; answers? stay tuned

My money's on non-existent. Dude was a straight drive-stalling scrub the past two years. I'm confident Sankey can, at the very least, average 3.9 ypc and fall down at first contact.

IDK about that but I'd be ecstatic if that turns out to be the case.

I really hope he puts it all together this year. But much like Munch last year, Jake's entering a NO EXCUSES make-it-or-break-it season. "Fluke" season-ending injury? Oh well. Nice knowing you.
