I'd complained that he was injury prone before... and I watched him go out on a cart in college and he was walking around the sideline later in the game...

...but I'm not going to say a word about it today, because I'm genuinely upset that the guy finally started to put something together and now this...

With that said, I don't think the season is over... at all.

Whatever his injury was, it was bad. Time to face the music, but this team is having issues running the ball. Also, Chiefs, Seahawks and Niners on the horizon.

Just seeing the replay makes me think Jake is done for the season. It breaks my heart because he really seems to be making strides into becoming the QB we all want him to be and a long absence is not going to help him become a better QB.

If Jake is indeed done for the season I say we roll with Fitz. This is exactly the reason we brought him in, because he can take over and manage the offense. The defense is the star of this team, we just need a QB that can score us some points and limit mistakes.

    Get well soon, Jake!

Agreed. It's very unfortunate timing. But honestly the part that pisses me off the most is not the potential effect it may have on this particular season but rather the effect it has on our overall evaluation of Locker. If he's done for the year then we saw two so-so games from Locker and 6 really good quarters. Didn't really answer many questions we had about the guy heading into this season. Anybody can have 6 good quarters. And I don't mean that as a knock on Jake by any means.

Probably not because he is not having emergency surgery. I think that would require that. Still could be a fracture though.
