If Carr signs elsewhere, should CJ be made our primary kick returner?

They should just let Chris Henry return kicks, it'll help improve his vision and at least we know he can take a hit

Let's get this straight. If Carr wants more playing time as a CB and is trying to get on with another team as a starting CB, that begs the question.
If Carr isn't good enough to replace Harper as the starter, or even given the opportunity to compete with him to start over him, what makes him think he's going to start for any other team as a CB? Harper is a decent CB, but he's not top tier; and if he's starting over Carr, what does that tell you?

I think Carr wanted to be third CB, or maybe he had sights set on nickle back if Fuller departed, which he didn't.

Cary Williams looked phenomenal, despite the level of competition. Good chance he takes Hill or King's spot if he can develop. Can you imagine if the Titans strike it with him? Everyone will ask how the Titans keep finding starting CBs in round 7. Whoever found Finnegan is a made man.

I think this is an update...

Enough chatter. We’ve got some news on Carr out of Detroit... Nicholas J. Cotsonika of the Detroit Free Press talked to Carr this morning. Here’s what Carr had to say about the Titans and free agency:

"I like Tennessee, and it’s still not a foregone conclusion that I’m not going to go back there," Carr said after his visit. He also said that he left without an offer. "But if a team’s going to give me more of an opportunity, then I probably would leave."

I can respect those comments, unlike Haynesworth's. I hope Al gets a career ending injury for the comments he made. He is dead to me.
