Has anyone seen the basketball commercial when the guy goes to his coach and says "I touched the ball before it went out coach"?

Who in the world comes up with these lame commercials?

Yeah, it is lame. On a related note though: all the years I played basketball, and as overly competitive as I am- I could never lie about the ball going OOB off me. I'd just raise my hand and take the jog to the other end of the court.

saw that commercial just now.if that was a real game those guys would've killed him in the locker room afterwards.seriously as competive as these games are no player is going to admit touching the ball.

I did. But that's because I'm competitive.

I feel that's a crutch that I never needed nor wanted. If I need a refs mistake to win, you can have it.

Yeah when playing I'm not dishonest either it just makes you look like a cheap player. In the games I've played in it makes you come across as a douche or blind, no one likes those kind of players.
