I see threads about firing coordinators, but what about personel?

Seriously, we have hit the rock bottom stage of rebuilding in that maybe we have 1 player in 3 that should actually be starting on an NFL team on the roster.

Problem is, how do you reset a team? There is no way to just get rid of everyone and start scratch, not enough money cap spacewise, nor enough draft spots.

Imho where this team is now, we are looking at least 2-3 more seasons before we are even close to being competitve.

I think we have good talent, the only issue are those on the line on both sides.

With that being said, we brought in Wimbley and Hutch in order to improve those. I really do not put this on them, all coaching IMO.

I disagree. It is our coaches fault that we are getting dominated out there.

We were a 3 year project anyways. A new head coach, new staff, new QB, and a team with a LOT of holes. Last season it started with short time, and its not like we went out and got a top of the line coaching staff.

I just didnt expect us to be this bad.

It's really no different if we start again next year. We have average to below-average players in most areas and shyte ain't getting done in all areas.
A new coach/GM/Manager whoever is gonna have to spend a few years getting his guys in, his players, instill a new philosophy...unless we get lucky and get a Harbaugh type year.

I don't see any of the "explosive" run'n'shoot Palmer has raged about. All I see is the usual fisherball, run-run-"short pass".
Vikings had their LBs right behind the DL and yet we continued to run it up the middle, where there was absolutely no room.

The same on defense, corners playing way off WRs, no bumping on the LoS. And suddenly the entire team tackles like Griffin...

Honestly I can't tell what we are supposed to be about on either side of the ball. The o seems to be a mish mash of calls, almost like calling plays at random. And the d, it is the worst of all possible combinations, soft corner coverage with absolutely zero pressure on any qb we have played. Here is a look at the QB numbers that have been put up against us.
135-181 for a completion percentage of 74.6%, 1430 yards for an average of 286 a game, 12 TD's and 3 int's. I don't know how to figure a passer or QB rating but my goodness it would have to be off the charts good. So basically we make every QB a HOF'er for the day. What a joke.

Ruston Webster is way in over his head and Reinfeldt is hanging on to his group of cronies. Queue the 2005 Seahawks... That's what we are... This team is about 8 years behind the 8 ball in the league and fresh leadership AND NEW PERSONNEL is the only hope.
