Brawl has the potential to never leave the console if you're into beat em ups and you have a few people to play with. Zelda is stellar as always, and I also recommend Metroid Prime. Mario Strikers is also a hell of a lot of fun and has a really challenging single-player mode. It's lost a lot of its replay value though since online mode is now dead. A real shame, but some of those players were incredibly dirty. Wii Sports' bowling should keep you hooked for a while, and baseball is satisfying fun, too. Tennis gets a little old, boxing isn't accurate enough and the putting in golf is infuriating. ...There are things that I love about my Wii, but I basically avoid third-party games, which become overly gimmicky. Point in case, the character models in Madden/Ghostbusters. It's not like I'm avoiding them for that reason, but I personally prefer the more realistic look.
