MM know you have to score TDs to win and not settle for FGs.

Ignorant point about Fisher since he never did have total control over draft picks here and we did draft a WR twice in rd 1. Dyson and Britt, and made a big play in the 2nd for an unproven guy in Calico.

The Rams had a great draft getting a quality Wr prospect later in Quick. Brockers completes a defensive line that already has Quinn and Long. They got perhaps the 2nd best back in the draft.

Great moves by fisher to stock pile picks and then meet several team needs.

Why not save the post for 3 years from now after Wright's a star? Wright is not even a typical 1st rd WR he is more of a slot guy. How many 5'10 190 lb Wrs go that high?

If it works it was a great pick just like any pick.

While you guys are stroking Rustin's shaft for being so hip and modern just remember who we did not draft. We passed on Decastro. we passed on Konz 2X. Think about that when Amano is getting knocked on his arse.

We passes on most of the top DEs and DTs in the draft as well. Linebackers also and no way we could know Zach Brown would be there in rd 2 thank goodness he was.

Wright has a low bust rate and we are at least getting Eddie Royal and we might be getting the next Wes Welker.

Wright does not have the elite size and or speed that you normally look for that high in the draft. I don't think they cares about that.

Did you see his lift numbers on pro day? 4 reps. How does that compute in press coverages?

The hope is that he can be an elite slot guy who is impossible to stop on 3rd and 7. Let's hope so.

Here's a novel idea, comprehend the post.

The idea has nothing to do with Wright, it's that we are doing things differently.

Absolutely saw his numbers on his pro day. Cant complain about 4.37 speed. Love it.

That's why the post makes no sense. How is different better?

We drafted Wrs before and look at the results.

Want to think outside of the box? How about Coby Fleener?

The pats have Gronkowski-Hernandez, they combined for 166 catches. What about Fleener-Cook?

    That would have been different.

Wright ran a 4.41 on pro day so average that out with his 4.61 at the combine and he is basically a 4.5 guy.

His production was excellent and got better throughout his career but he also had an elite guy throwing to him.

Didn't say it was better, said it was damn good we are willing to take the risk.

Seriously, hire a translator or something.

These are not Jeff Fisher’s Titans.

Which is a good thing. At first i was worried we would end up in the wrong hands and be worse but thank goodness so far everything is looking brighter with Munchak and we have moved on from the 60 rushes a games/6 field goals mentality which was killing this team and just think if Fisher would not have quit he just might would still be here now which is a scary thought. We would not have had Locker and last year we most likely might've been a 3-13 type team with Fisher had he still been here and passed on Locker because Collins would've still been here.Kerry Collins was Jeff Fisher downfall because he couldn't play to save his life with three and outs the norm. You can tell especially from the draft and the way we passed the ball more last year that we are moving away from the way things were being done when Fisher was here.Matt Hasselbeck is a way better QB than Collins any day of the week.Jeff Fisher was not trying to evolve along with the game and was being left behind. It was a blessing when he did decide to step down because with new leadership this team is beginning a new chapter and doing things quite different now which is a good thing. If Fisher runs the Rams like he did this team in his final years they will never be better than 8-8 year in and year out.
