I think its safe to say if the Titans don't land 1 of Warmack, Levitre and/or Vasquez would be a MAJOOOOOR LET-DOWN. I think they for sure will have 1 of the 3 in Titan Blue soon enough / crossing my fingers they can get 2.

Rotoworld even points out, with Hutch retiring, this paves the way for the Titans to make a major push for FA Levitre. No excuses, get it done FO! Him or Vasquez or Bust.

Veteran guard Steve Hutchinson is calling it a career.

Hutchinson, who spent just one season with the Titans, plans to retire. He’s informed team officials of his decision. It’s a move that was expected after an injury-shortened season in 2012. In fact, plans had been in the works for weeks.

Hutchinson had two years remaining on the three-year contract he signed with the team last offseason. He was scheduled to make $4.75 million in base salary in 2013, in addition to a $500,000 roster bonus that was due later this week.

Hutchinson, 35, played the previous six seasons with the Vikings. He played his first five NFL seasons with the Seahawks.

Hutchinson played in 12 games for the Titans last season before suffering a season-ending knee injury. Hutchinson was placed on Injured Reserve, and had surgery.

He made it to seven Pro Bowls in his career, and was named All-Pro seven times as well.

His teammates with the Titans voted him a team captain in 2012.
