  1. This is maybe the biggest draft that we have had. We have got to start putting consecutive good classes together for us to build a good foundation of consistency for many years. Its still miraculous that we survived blowing two top six picks as it is. While I know its highly unlikely that we draft a CJ caliber player on defense with the first pick, it is still time that we get more consistent with drafting reliable first picks...GO TITANS:cheers3:

It takes some teams years to recover from a blown early first-round pick. I think it tells a lot about the Titans that they've been able to overcome.

Although MR has made some questionable picks overall the results aren't bad at all. He has hit on both his 1st rounders...big time. Guys like Ford and Hayes look like perfect replacments for aging DEs. Jones was a perfect 2nd round pick if we were going to lose AH.

The only real area of concern is WR. It wouldn't surprise me if a guy like Nicks is our pick. The way the draft is starting to look with no CBs worth a 1st round grade and WRs being fairly strong we might very well grab that WR everyone has been waiting for. If we grab a WR who produces like CJ and Griffin we will be more than happy.
