First you need the video source and a way to get into your editing machine, likely your computer. Then you need a editing program. I use Mac, so I use iMovie. Most newer computers come with some kind of editing program. Then learn how to use it.

OR...

You can open up a post production house, buy an eQ or DS system, some video DAs and Analog DAs, and dbeta decks and do it that way. Probably cost a few hunderd thousand dollars. Oh yeah, you then have to purchase some tape from NFL Films. That will cost you thousands as well.
