How to compete next year?

I'm saying if we planned on getting some big name coach. Either way CJ will be here next year regardless of the coaching staff.

 

Forget about stats for a second. You're obsessed. Just look at what he was able to do in the game. He was consistent, reliable and clutch. He turned most of his plays into something more by fighting for it. Those are qualities of a solid player.

 

CJ will be gone at the end of the year, his lack of production and his cap hit will ensure that.

And CJ being the best player? LMAO, he has done nothing since being paid.

 

So you are ok with paying 10 million for CJ and his production?

He has ran for over 1000 yards every season. That's more than nothing. He may have not produced as much as he once did but thats more on the coaches lack of creativity.

 

yes b/c he is worth that when used correctly. Right now if we aren't gonna use him right then it would seem like he is being over paid. But today was mainly on the coaches.

We will never "use him correctly" because of the size of holes he needs.

His salary hurts this team, and if you dont see it, be prepared to not resign JC/Brown/Ayers/Pollard/other key additions in the near future
