Anyone who thinks Locker is going to lead this team to the playoffs are not thinking clearly at all. He is ok at best even when healthy. I have zero confidence in him to throw the deep ball and any pass from within the pocket but no one should worry cause glass can break and I am sure he will at some point too. The question is a matter of when, not if. I hope Mett works out well but I am keeping hope down until I actually see it from this guy.

I was at that Chargers game..

He throws up prayers constantly. Before that excellent throw to Hunter, I recall quite a few floaters that were nowhere near being completions. That play will probably be the highlight of his career.

I give Locker a pass based on his character.

Everyone likes his character. We just all wish he could stay healthy. He has a viable talent when he is hot.

I will just repeat what Hammer stated earlier..... obviously many here didnt see young Mc9. Had most you guys been shot callers for the Titans in his early career, he would have never been.

He was still nothing more than an average streaky signal caller.

I cant disagree with that truthfully, but it cant be told to many here who may have only got to see Mc9 in 2002-2003. I watched this guy from his first start. Even in 1999 SB season, he wasnt gonna carry this team. So, I will stand with you in execution and say Mc9 was overrated. lol Just so happens that hes the measuring stick for this franchise at the QB position. In todays NFL, does he play 10 years with us? Just saying, if many had their way, we still would have no measuring stick, or maybe it would have been Neil O Donnell.

You don't have to look within the organization for a measuring stick tho. Look at the competition.
