Maybe... But you dont see us in here proclaiming to be the best team in the NFL do you?

We know what our team is. We know we were rebuilding.

    You guys are just clueless.

That's very true. We are aware of the drought, but we have had a couple of successful seasons and playoff appearances since then. Our commitment to mediocrity finally ended when we got rid of the Fish.

Please post where I or anyone else on this board said we are the best team in the league? One of the best... well, our record speaks for itself. Were the Texans not implementing a completely new D that was supposed to take a while to get going? Are we not starting a 3rd string rookie QB that is the first rookie QB to engineer two back to back game winning drives in his first two starts since the merger? Do we not have an extremely young front 7 and team overall for that matter? Wasn't this supposed to be a rebuilding year for the 49ers? Spare me the we are rebuilding talk.

The Cows whip up on teams like the Browns, Colts, Dolphins, and Jaguars, and meanwhile catch teams like the Steelers, Titans, and Falcons on bad days, and suddenly they have the greatest defense of all time.

Don't forget kids, the Saints hung 40 on you. The Raiders (the Raiders!) put up 25. And Baltimore put up 29.

If you play a real offense, you become transparent rather quickly. You'll soon see that in the playoffs.

How stupid is this??? I mean we catch the Steelers, Titans, and Falcons on bad days, yet we are not allowed to have bad days? Funny how everyone else gets a "bad day" yet all of our losses are simply interpreted as that... just losses.

The Saints and Ravens are a combined 13-0 at home this year having lost not ONCE at home... we got both on the road. And without Foster against the Saints our redzone efficiency was brutal and we settled for far too many fgs and could not run out the clock with our 4th quarter lead. And if you want to call any game a "bad day" it was our game vs the Raiders the game after Al Davis died. We almost doubled them in yardage and first downs. It was just one of those wierd days where it was almost meant to be a loss. We lose some of our most important players and yet we are STILL winning. We beat an NFC playoff team and the Bengals on the road with a 3rd string QB (you lost to Cinci recently btw) back to back... yet you are still trying to argue?????

Yo TexansFight, go back to 3rd grade and get some reading comprehension (though you may have to go back and finish 2nd first). I'm talking about defense. I'm talking about legit teams putting up solid numbers against what you losers have declared the greatest defense ever of all time amen.

You're winning because you got an easy schedule. From the AFC East you got the Dolphins. Wow, they didn't win a game until halfway through the season almost. You got the Falcons at home, and they're mediocre on the road. You did thump us, but we're bipolar as hell and anyone with half a brain knows we quit during that game. The Steelers, really? You don't remember everyone wondering if the Steelers would even make the playoffs early in the year? The Steelers beat the Colts by 3 points the week before. It wasn't until the week before us that they got a fire lit under 'em, and they've been destroying folks (except the Ravens) ever since.

As far as the Bengals go, they seem to be falling apart now. They struggled against the Browns and got thrashed by the Steelers. And you losers still just barely beat them. :ha:

Insanely easy schedule+ EVERY OTHER TEAM IN THE AFC SOUTH LOSING THEIR STARTING QB FROM LAST SEASON=Texans best team in the NFL.

    Fact.

But no Titans Eternal!!! They lost Johnson and Schaub and Williams!!!!! I mean, it doesn't matter that they've had these same guys for the past few years of absolute mediocrity, those guys would have made them undefeated champions!!!!! Who they played doesn't matter, they're the greatest ever! :ha:
