Ray rhodes and alex gibbs are two of the best coaches in the league? Ray rhodes is your assistant d-backs coach and you're that excited? According to your logic as long as we have haynseworth the whole year we'll still be better because we would have went 13-3 last year. Injuries are part of the game you'll usually lose someone important for some amount of time. The point of this post is to just try to understand how you think rhodes and gibbs are two of the best coaches in the NFL.

All smack aside, Mario Williams is going to be an absolute MONSTER this year.

Even just from this snippet of dummy drills from the video on our front page... you can see the difference between him and everyone else. Its not much, but I have already posted all of the quotes from everyone watching him this mini camp. Cant wait!

    QUOTES:

Right off the bat, Brown had to face defensive end Mario Williams in individual drills. Williams, who has never looked stronger or faster, exploded off the line of scrimmage and tore past Brown.

“It’s a way different Mario than I lined up against four years ago,” said Brown, who faced Williams in ACC play as a sophomore at Virginia Tech. “He’s a beast out there. Like I said, it’s good going against him. It can really help you out on Sundays.”

"Going against Mario (Williams) every day, Mario was impressive in this camp,” Kubiak said. “I tell you, he’s an impressive young man right now. And y’all can see it, watching him practice and how he’s going about it, and if Duane has to see him on a daily basis, he can’t help but get there.”

Perhaps the most impressive Texan was Williams, who is coming off a team-record 14-sack season.

“That light went on for Mario somewhere last year about Week 7 or 8,” Kubiak said. “Everybody saw it, and if you watch practice right now you see him at another level. I think the sky’s the limit for him. I don’t want to sit here and say too much; I just love the way he works. I love the way he handles himself. Football is very important to Mario, and he’s working his way toward a big, big year.”

You mean like the Titan fans think bringing McNairs old OC in will turn the IQ Kid into McNair. You're right. It's no use for a fan to think a coach can improve a teams play. I guess you Titan fans are stuck with twice as many INTs as TDs from your "QB" again next season. Not that I think dinger will improve that anyway. Vinny Vick doesn't have it in him. He should move to RB that way the Titans could have 4 2nd tier RBs.

Why do you compare Young to Vick? You should know enough about losing to Young to tell a difference. Hopefully one day the Texans can have a real QB too.
