   I live in Franklin, TN and am having a hard time finding a reliable and reasonable guy to do some home maintenance and repair. It's a challenge to find a handyman who can replace some rotten wood along with some light plumbing.
   
   Anyone in the area have any recommendations they can shoot my way? I'd rather not deal with the bigger companies which hire these guys and mark up their prices.
